Comment: I was extremely impressed with this book that I bought for my ten year old daughter. The English in the book is maybe a little too difficult for some children. However I was really impressed with the art work and fantastic layout of this book. It if really fantastic value, buy this book for your children or even yourselves, it is great value! 10/10

Summary: A special present for a 9 y/o girl
Comment: The book is as beautiful in its slipcase as it appears in the description. My 9 year old daughter was given this as a present, and has been both savoring the stories herself (all about various animals, the first on Peter Rabbit is a classic) as well as reading them to younger siblings. Its sort of heavy for a small kid, and recommended as something special to be read on special occasions, not to sit down and read the whole book at once.

Comment: After seeing the movie about Beatrix Potter I wanted to have a book that contained all of her stories and illustrations and this book fit the bill. The illustrations are all her original works including preliminary pen drawings rarely seen. It is a substantial book that comes with a hard cover protector. I love it and recommend any Ms Potter fan to have this in their library.
