Comment: I have other Boynton books: Pajama Time and Barnyard Dance (LOVE THEM!). Was hoping this set would be as fun as the other 2. Boy was I wrong. No fun happy rhythmic songs. I was quite disappointed.

Summary: Sandra Boynton books ROCK!
Comment: These books are great. They are sweet and silly and just perfect for toddlers. Don't believe me? Ask one of your mom friends if they know the words to Moo, Baa, La La La. Chances are they do. And it is probably one of their child's favorite books. Highly recommend anything from the Sandra Boynton collection. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

Comment: We have read almost all of Boynton's board books, and the Red Hat, Blue Hat is one of my favorites. Moo Baa La La La is also a good one. I was never too crazy about the A to Z book or the dog barking one. They didn't get as much use in my house as the other two. That's why I put only 4 stars.

Comment: Nitpicking about Sandra Boynton? What??!! Have you no sense of humor? Do you think it is easy to be the wittiest, wackiest, most wonderful children's books author in a generation? She is up there with Dr. Seuss, Virginia Burton, AA Milne. A Classic.
Boynton's humor is respectful to kids AND adults. Most of the time, I laugh and laugh all over again just looking at the pictures, let alone the text. I defy anyone who can read any one of these volumes and not laugh and smile. I have my own set that I read to my kids and I have given these books to so many new parents telling them that I envy them the joy, the privilege of the first of many wonderful readings of these terrific books to their little angels.
