Summary: Good info but her style is annoying
Comment: This book has a HUGE amount of good information and covers many different facets of perimenopause and menopause. I do wonder how much of this information may have changed since it was published a while ago, but its a great foundation to start with. It definitely has made me understand what might be going on with me - especially some of the more frigthening things.
I do think the book is way too long and rambling. And most annoying is the author's assumption that her audience is married with kids and unhappy with their husbands (just like her!) If you don't fit into that category you can skip the first chapter or so and just read the parts that don't focus about her particular experience.
