Comment: My children are 4 & 8 and they love this book series. They are very interesting books, well done. My kids also love the books on CD's which have come in handy for car trips (they are sooo quiet while listening to the story) Great books, perfect for beginning chapter book readers.

Comment: My daughter loved these books when she was younger and now that she's older, her younger brother is reading them. I am not much of a fantasy fiction fan, so I didn't know if they would be all that interesting, but even *I* have a hard time putting them down! They are easy to read and actually teach your children quite a bit of history while they are having fun reading! With all of the junky fiction out there today, you can't beat that!
I highly recommend this book for first graders and up. Moms and dads will probably enjoy them, too!
