Summary: excellent read
Comment: Though her Twilight series has received much more attention, I liked The Host much better. It is well written and has a truly fascinating and novel story line.

Summary: Not Twilight
Comment: I'm not a fan of science fiction, but I enjoyed this book a lot. While mystery, suspense, and action didn't fill the pages as in the Twilight series, it was still difficult for me to put the book down once I got into it. Towards the beginning I found myself a little frustrated with part of the plot, but then realized its purpose. However, I did feel like the author got a little carried away with some of the "science fiction parts;" but then again, isn't that what this genre is all about?

Comment: This is an excellent book. In fact it was the first science fiction book I have ever read. I loved the plot and the entire story line. Stephenie Meyer is an excellent story teller who has a wonderful imagination.

Comment: I personaly do not like science fiction books, movies, or shows but for some reason I couldn't resist this book. Well first of all because I am a fan of Stephanie Meyer addicting writing ability. She has made me at 28 years old turn into a readaholic. Before the Twilight Saga I hated reading and I am now a reader for life! I have read every book she has writen and I can't wait for her to write something else. Thanks Stephanie for opening my mind the way you do.
