Comment: My daughter loves Ramona because she's portrayed as a real child. Not some proper, calm little girl in a dress, but full of zest, scraped knees and strangely named dolls and inventions. The Ramona character is a tribute to all little girls who don't quite fit the "nice" and "quiet" little girl description.

Comment: I purchased the Collection of the Ramona books for my grand daughter. She had one or two, so I figured that she would enjoy the "collection more than just a few books that I would pick out and she did.
Amazon, as usual, sent them straight away and they arrived in plenty of time to be wrapped for Christmas.

Summary: As Wonderful as I Remembered
Comment: I was so happy to find a Ramona collection to share something of my childhood with my girls. The books are every bit as wonderful as I remembered, even though they have different pictures now. Ramona is completely timeless and just as fun, mischievous and misunderstood as ever. My kids are now looking forward to reading the Ralph books so this has been great to get them more into reading.
