Summary: Wonderful toy for little builders
Comment: Santa brought this toy for our 4 year old and he has really enjoyed it. The pieces are sturdy and easy for little hands to use as intended. He builds all sorts of creations and has just as much fun taking them apart and sorting the pieces into compartments. I do not love the locking handle on the container's lid as it is difficult to latch, even for grown-ups. I would recommend this toy for anyone who has a child interested in building and tools.

Comment: My son enjoyed putting this together with his dad, but Dad actually had to do more of the work. Perhaps with more practice my 5 year old will be able to put together more on his own. Over all, this is a good toy and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a creative gift.

Summary: It's OK, I guess
Comment: The nuts and bolts are made of plastic and pretty much perform the way you'd expect plastic nuts and bolts to perform. You need to tighten them a lot, but they don't stay tight and sometimes they even pop loose. Annoying. My son does enjoy building the different vehicles, which is something he loves to do anyway so let's not give the product too much credit. Bottom line: glad we have it because my kid likes it and he is learning some cool stuff, but it also kinda sucks.
