The Crawl and Cruise Musical Jungle offers endless fun and activity for the baby. Baby can put and take 1 of 6 balls in the hippo's mouth as he spins a full 360 degrees. The hanging jingle bell rewards baby with music and lights as it is batted. The crocodile rocks back and forth as baby plays, activating music, lights and motion. Baby can place the balls in either of the elephant’s ears and watch them roll out his trunk. As baby grows and is ready to stand and cruise, this jungle provides a sturdy place to hang on for support. On the top jungle rail, baby can spin the sun mirror and bat the wiggly, jiggly tree frog. As baby cruises along, he can flip the clicking butterfly wings and bat the colorful roller ball with rattle beads. Summary: Daughter loves this toy
Comment: my daughter loves this toy even though she does not get around yet. She grabs the balls (and is getting really good at it) and hits everything with them. she is now also trying to pull herself up on it and it is very stable! I am glad that I purchased it as is she!

I'm not really sure about durability as we have only had it a month but it seems like it will last and should keep her interest for a long time!

Comment: my 7 month old sits and plays for quite a while. she stands with assistance and drops the balls down the chute. she likes it already & she'll like it even more when she can cruise on her own.

Comment: From pictures and descriptions, this toy seems like a lot of fun. Balls moving around. Balls and toys triggering music and lights. Cute monkey, frog, elephants, alligator, and hippo.

Unfortunately for my 6-month old son, this toy was a dud on arrival. First of all, safety. Sitting above the elephant and hippo are tree branches. Make that sharp tree branches. My kid bumped his head several times against it, getting visible bruises. A huge design flaw. Fisher Price should recall this product or designate it for 12-month and above.

Second, the balls. My kid absolutely loves playing with other toy balls. But he grew very frustrated trying to grab the balls included on this set. Even I found the balls to be too slippery.

And thirdly, lack of imagination. I can easily improve the toy in several ways. Make the elephant's trunk longer and bendable like a straw, and make it trigger music. 9 times out of 10, balls released from the monkey's hand comes out from the right tunnel. Hippo is the lamest of them all. His mouth and/or eyeballs should move a bit and trigger music when the ball is dropped.

Comment: I bought this for my daughter when she was 9 months old to encourage her to pull up to stand on it instead of our furniture. She is now 11 months and pulls up to stand on the toy - it is very stable! But it didn't stop her from pulling up on anything and everything else in the house. Even though the toy has fun music that she loves and things she likes to tug and bat at, she shows mild interest in it. She only plays with it if I engage her and then she has fun for about 5-10 minutes. Maybe as she gets older she will like it more. We now have about 10 Fisher-Price Laugh N' Learn toys and this one ranks lowest on her interest scale. The one she likes the most is the Fisher-Price Laugh N' Learn Counting Friends Telephone [...]

Comment: My son used this before he could stand, walk or crawl. Now that he is just about walking, he still likes to use it. He learns something new all the time! He also thinks it funny when Mommy sings that it plays!
