Summary: NERF N-STRIKE VULCAN EBF-25 a GOOD IDEA BAD EXECUTED
Comment: I bought a NERF N-STRIKE VULCAN EBF-25 to play with my kids. We already have 4-5 Nerf guns, but this one was the show off because is basically a powerhouse shooter.
The assembly of the item was pretty easy, you almost don't need the instruction for the it. The ammo belt looks great and very durable. You simply put the ammo belt in the feeder and lets the show start it.
At first the gun fire very smooth and very quick. In 2 hours of play the gun start to get jammed. We found that the compartment door of the feeder wont open until the ammo belt were spent. This was a tricky part to make pressing the trigger and the reloading button until the ammo belt was release. As a suggestion, the gun need a jam release button or something so you can release the ammo belt.
Later on since we press too many times the reloading button, somehow the gun was always jamming. I found that the internal wheel that makes the ammo belt runs was not synchronize anymore. I try to make it work again without success.
The next morning I went back to the store to replace the defective toy. with a new one we try again with similar result in 2-4 hours of gameplay.
We also found that the firing range was not as described in the box and you have to fire the gun very gently to avoid jamming.
Also if you try to fire the ammo belt without the feeder box, the gun gets jammed almost immediately since the belt is to heavy to move with the wheel of the gun.
2 new gun with similar problems??? don't think so.
The idea of this gun is great, we love it at home. But its really need a lot of improvement to get back in business. We hope Nerf read this and make a better gun based on real ones, like the Gatling or ww1 machine guns that can use mechanical firing without batteries.

My husband and I brought the Vulcan Blaster for our grandson's birthday and were extremely disappointed with the product. Only once (the first time it was used) did the gun fire all of the bullets through the blaster without any getting jammed. After the initial firing, we never were successful in shooting the bullets without jamming occurring. The experience was frustrating and disappointing to us. I returned the gun the next day and got a full refund. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this toy.

Summary: What a Letdown!
Comment: My son was looking forward to getting this Nerf Gun for his B-day w/his b-day money...I think it's overpriced for what you get...just like the other comments made...the clip that holds all the nerf bullets jams in the chamber every time and takes all the fun out of the toy..do they not test their products....? This is obviously a manufacturing problem being there are alot of comments made concerning this same problem! My opinion is don't spend your money on this Nerf gun..was a big disappointment for my son.

Comment: Worst gun ever!!!!!!! at least after the first couple days. If possible, i wouldnt give it any stars. It jammed the first time I used it, and i had to fix it. It jammed at least 3 times when it started to work. It was awsome. I turned on the moter and it never worked again. Its been almost a year now and the stupid thing still dosnt work
If you get this (DO NOT GET THIS!!!!) never use the moter.

Summary: The Tripod doesn't work either.
Comment: Isn't the tripod supposed to hold the weapon horizontally? It does no such thing - just tilts all the way back with no resistance until the pistol grip rests on the tabletop or floor. Kind of lame!
