Summary: fun even for really young kids
Comment: my 20 month old is really enjoying this puzzle. we've only had it for a week but he can recognize and place 7 of the states and understands that the puzzle pieces have to fit into the outlines of the states. the pictures on the front of the pieces are fun for labeling as are the pictures on the back of the board. the states in new england and the mid-atlantic are a little small, but other than that, great investment.

Comment: I've always enjoyed M&D toys, and this puzzle is one of our best purchases. It is high quality and very durable. My 4-yr-old begs to play this puzzle every day, and she is learning states, capitals, history, and geography while having fun! I highly recommend this puzzle!

Comment: My daughter got this puzzle for her second birthday. It was her first introduction to a map of any kind. She was very interested and loves to ask where the pieces go and what the states are called. It was defintely sparked her interested, which was my goal. For the price it's definilty a great value!

Comment: My seven year old loves maps. This puzzle has been great for him. It helped him to learn the position of all the states and he even knows the state capitals now. Well worth the $10 price. My three year old plays with it too. She can build it by herself and has learned the names of several states. I highly recommend this puzzle.
