Comment: I was actually looking to buy the playmobil pirate boat but it was sold out every where (because of christmas). I was afraid to purchase this pirate corsair because i thought it was going to be small. in Contrary to my belief, this boat was exactly what i had wanted in the first place. it is very durable and is very fun to put together. would highly recommend!

Comment: We recently bought the Playmobil Pirate Corsair for our grandson's birthday. We had noticed that he played a great deal with Playmobil figures that had been his dad's, so we wanted to buy some for him to take home. Be aware that the Playmobil toys have many, many tiny parts, which aren't suitable for very small children. Also be aware that they take assembly, which can be time consuming. Do not wait until you have given the toy to the child to begin assembling the toy unless you want a frustrated adult and unhappy child. Some of the pieces can be lost or broken by young children. All said, he loves his pirate ship and plays with it for hours.

Comment: Both of my boys are pirate lovers (age 7 and 10) and they both love all the Playmobil. Playmobil are great toys to improve imagination because they are in no way related any media like cartoons or film. It allows them to pretend whatever they wish. It is also great in the tub. We have Playmobil that has lasted 6 years plus in great shape minus a few parts that have been lost.
