Summary: One Year Later
Comment: I haven't found out how to add comments yet, so I'm doing a new review. It's a year and a half after I got my Roboquad and I'm still pretty pleased with it. I now almost always do Autonomy-it's just really cool to see my robot explore around. But now I have a glitch. Sometimes, after you turn it off, it puts its head down and won't bring it back up. Trying again may not work for a week. However, I attribute that to wear and tear, and anything that is still fun after 18 months is fine with me.

Comment: Doesn't do quite exactly what is claimed, or it may be I really don't undertand the directions (which could use some improvement). But it keeps my cat and me entertained in the few spare moments I have to play.
My grandchildren also get a big kick out of its antics.

Summary: Cool design, complicated instructions
Comment: This looks like a real robot. It can perform quite a few actions. The downside is the owners manual. It isn't really clear, is too tabular in terms of instructions, lacks clear explanations and kind of leads you to the conclusion that the robot doesn't really do as many things as advertised. Actually programming it to do a particular task would take quite a long time.

Summary: Roboquad for Grandson
Comment: I purchased the Roboquad for my grandson. I had looked in local stores and they were all sold out. My daughter told me to check Amazon. I was concerned it wouldn't get here in time, but they had a great price on the Roboquad and it was in stock, so I went ahead and ordered. To my surprise it arrived in plenty of time for Christmas. My grandson was very happy and surprised. I had told him that I couldn't find it in the stores, so he didn't think he would get it. He had lots of fun playing with it Christmas day and is still enjoying it and continues to discover more things it can do.

this is such a fun little toy. My boys love it and after teaching them how to use it they play with it all the time.
