Comment: It is cute, it is nicely finished. I don't have anything negative to say about it. My only problem is that my daughter just throws or bangs the wooden pieces against the hardwood floor. It's really noisy and annoying. I showed her many times what to do, but she only seems to have fun by throwing the pieces. It ended up in a corner. May be as she grows older, she'll use it as a puzzle.

Comment: This was our 2nd Melissa & Doug puzzle and I'm sure we will be buying more. Although you may pay a bit more compared to other puzzles, the quality is worth it! These are sturdy and durable wood puzzles. The knobs are attached with screws not just glued on like some other knob puzzles. The jumbo knobs are great first puzzles. My 15 month old really likes them.

Comment: This puzzle is wonderful for a child who is not yet able to master a regular jigsaw puzzle with many pieces. It teaches eye-hand coordination by the texture and feel of the spaces that the pieces belong in.
