Summary: Love this!
Comment: I bought this for my 2 1/2 yr old for Christmas, wanting something she could have fun with but also grow into. It's great, she doesn't understand half of what it does yet but has a blast playing with the money and "scanning" things (it beeps when you swipe anything over the button). I leave it on the setting where it tells you what type of coin you insert and my mom is amazed that her granddaughter already knows the names of each coin! The money of course gets crinkled but there is a lot of it and she likes it because it is real looking. With little ones just be careful that it's a solid toy, she has tried to carry it and it is too heavy/bulky for a 3 yr old to carry, not something really for them to move around on their own.
The ONLY thing that drives me crazy about it is that it says "goodbye" if you stop playing with it, then does it again 5 min later, then 5 min later, finally shutting off. I'm always like "ok, goodbye! Go ahead and shut off already!" Oh, also I wish the door where the coins come out did not have to be closed for it to tell you the coin names because toddlers don't realize they have to close it (then again she's still really young for this toy). Those few things aside, I would buy this again in a heartbeat!

Summary: A good toy cash register
Comment: I purchased this cash register for my 6 year old grandson who likes to pay for items and get the cash register receipt. I am sorry this has no paper receipt but I like the talking aspect. My grandson was too busy at first playing with it to listen or play the games included and I hope he will. His 4 year old brother has enjoyed it too. It seems to operate as advertised and works well.

Summary: Daughter loves this toy!
Comment: I bought this item for my daughter's third birthday. She loves it!! The best part is the coin counter. She could sit there forever just inserting the coins.
The only drawback is the drawer opens a little too quickly so the coins come flying out. I taught her how to put her hand out to modulate the speed of it opening. Other than that she is very happy with the toy and so am I.

Summary: Great Educational Tool!
Comment: My boys love this Cash Register and have learned how to count money as a result. The register has an option to read each coin as it's entered to give it's value, as well as interactive games where it asks you to insert certain coins/values. This has been a fun addition to my boys' collection of toys!
