Summary: FUN FOR AGE TWO AND UP
Comment: My advice give this to a child who is over the stage of putting everything in the mouth or bitting.

These are durable,thick,fun,colorful puzzle. My son loved it when he was two. My daughter wants to play with it (she is only 16 months) but I don't let her have it yet because she is teething and wants to put everything in the mouth. I don't want her to bite this. But I can tell that just like my son she like this puzzle too. It's perfect for age twos and up. My son is now four and he still likes it. The big shapes (puzzle) are thinner than the small puzzle shapes. I like the thick ones better.
Also some people gave only 4 stars because the tote is made of cardboard and plastic film. I know it can break easily if you do let your child play with it. Mine is still in great condition because onces I take the puzzle out, I put the tote on the shelf, away from the child. So they are focus on playing with this really interesting puzzle not the tote.
MUST HAVE FOR age 2-3.5

Comment: I really like this toy for my little one. Only complaint if that it's called a Toddler Tote. This made me expect the case it came in to be durable. It's not. Just cardboard and plastic, so I had to find other storage since it has lots of parts. Small complaint. Overall, really like the product.

Comment: I bought this for my niece who is two. It doesn't look like that much fun but two year olds love it. My niece takes it with her everywhere, she has only had it for one week but just LOVES it. It is true that the tote part is just cardboard and probably won't last long. That is why I only gave it two stars for durability.

Comment: I bought this for my two-year-old while on vacation- he played with it regularly for more than a year!

As other reviewers have noted, there are many ways to play w/ this toy-sorting, etc.

I should note that my (then) two-year-old is now nearly fifteen! I went looking to see if this toy was still around since I now have my very 1st niece. Happy to see that Lauri is still in business and making this toy.
