Summary: just for kids
Comment: this is just for kids. it does not have a space for DC, just the 50 states.the plastic and the actual book does not fit well together. it comes with a little guide about all states. coins fit well.

Comment: I decided to buy just one of these at first, and get a second if I was satisfied. I probably will get that second one, although I've discovered that I didn't have the two of each quarter that I thought I had; I'm missing seven to make up the second set of 50.
This seems to be sturdy, although I haven't had it that long, but seems like it should last a good long time if not abused. The coins are held firmly, and this beats fumbling them one at a time out of the Altoids tin where I was keeping them. The little fact book about the states should be nice for kids.
One minor quibble. There is a printed picture of each coin under the associated holder, that shows until you cover it with the actual quarter. This one must have been printed before the design for the last five coins was finalized. There are no pictures for the Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Alaska, or Hawaii quarters.

Comment: This is a very stylish quarter holder and keeps coins secure. I had another type of quarter holder and everytime I opened it, the coins would fall out. Very frustrating. But the 50 States Quarters Platinum holds the quarters secure - great value for the price.
