Summary: Horrible gooey MESS!
Comment: I just spent the last 25 minutes cleaning off this horrible gooey sticky mess off my 6 yr-old, her 6 yr-old friend and my 4 yr-old daughter's hands. It was nothing like putty. It did not mold at all. It was runny! It did not stick together or stretch or anything like the package reads. It DOES MAKE A MESS, unlike the package says which reads, "Not messy".....HUH! it's the worst mess I have ever had to clean!! The 2 unopened containers and the mess went straight in to the trash along with about 15 paper towels I used to get the goo off my kids hands! Note, if you do find yourself in this sticky predicament and come here for any help (like I did when I went looking for any instructions on how to use this stuff....I thought maybe we did something wrong), then do this.....use dry paper towels to blot the putty off, using the lava on the towel to pull more lava off, use a new paper towel as needed so as not to get it all over yourself too! Then wash kids' hands with soap and water to get the last little bits off. Horrible product! Return it if you receive any as gifts. Don't be fooled by the package!

Comment: Perhaps if we let this stuff dry a little before handling if it would be more putty like. That's what I was expecting from the package description. That's not what I got. I had two girls covered in goo that wouldn't easily come off. Imagine what it would look like if your kids stuck their hands in thick batter that is colorful and glittery and you will understand. I don't want to let it dry to try again. I tossed it into the trash can.

Comment: I love this product. My niece and I had so much fun doing the craft sets. I even did the bug sets with my nephew and he had a ball. It's like working with glitter without the mess. The sets are fun, but the compound is fun by itself too. It's fun to pull and squish. This is going to be my stocking stuffers this year! Great product.

Summary: RUINS CLOTHES!
Comment: This product ruined my daughter's brand new outfit! It says it "won't stain" but it does! I tried using a very strong stain remover but it will not come off of her clothes. I called the company and the rep I spoke with said they don't usually give reimbursements! Are you kidding me?! The packaging is a lie it says "won't stain" but it does and now they won't reimburse me?! I am waiting to hear back from them. I want my money back for that outfit! Don't waste your money on this junk! The company doesn't even back it obviously!
