Summary: Help
Comment: We just recently opened this item as it was a gift for my daughter. Right after the (Pixo) Spin Master was opened my daughter was very eager to use it. As she began one of the Pixos wedged into the tubing and we are unable to dislodge it. Any suggestions?? Or where do we send it for a replacement? Thank you in advance for your help. MH

PS Unable to rate durability higher at this time. We do have other Pixo products and they are great!!!

Summary: My two grandsons love it.
Comment: I purchased this Spin Master for my grandsons 5th birthday. But, both he and his older brother (age 8) are having lots of fun makeing gifts for relatives. They are really enjoying it.

Summary: very frustrating for kids
Comment: I purchased this toy for my children (7, 5, and 3) and was very disappointed. They had a difficult time getting the balls to go in the proper holes and once placed, the balls would roll around and have to be repositioned (usually causing other balls to pop out of their proper places). After lots of help from mom, the creations were dried using the fan and following all directions. Unfortunately, once dried, the designs would rip apart when removed from the tray or fall apart while the kids were showing them off to each other. I experimented with lots of variations of drying time and wetness, but nothing seemed to improve the strength of the bonds. I've hidden the toy because it's so frustrating for them to use and will probably just put it in the garbage when they're at school (I can't imagine donating it to charity and subjecting another child to this irritation!)

Summary: My kids love it!
Comment: my three daughters (ages 7,7, and 9) love this toy. The only complaint I have is that it comes with only a few dots. My kids were able to make about 5 designs before running out. Expect to purchase extra dot kits, other than that it is a good toy. We had no problems with it "working", the fan is useless, but within a few hours the design dries on its own anyway (or set it out in the sun for an hour). Good buy, I recommend it!

Comment: I originally thought this purchase was going to be a big waste. My son has been drooling over the toy for months, so I went ahead and bought the machine version. He is five, so i was pleasantly surprised how benifitial it was to his manual dexterity. He stayed motivated, and went through the bead supply in one day. Thats the first problem with the toy - they do not include nearly enough beads, and the refills are expensive. He patiently filled out the patterns, and I fixed any errors for him. I sprayed them twice, letting them dry about 1/2 hour between sprayings. The patterns came out nice after a little careful prying with a nail. If the toy came with more beads and patterns, I would have given it a 4 star. It was a pleasant surprise it even rated a 3, as I expected it to be a big flop
