Summary: I don't like moon sand!!!
Comment: My daughter begged me to buy this, so of course I did. She loves playing with sand, but this is not really sand. I felt uneasy letting my girls play with it and not knowing what type of chemicals are put in it to keep it moist and moldable. Whatever it is, this stuff is really gross and MESSY!! Don't let the ads fool you. Moon sand is not clean enough to use indoors. It is even messier than regular sand.

Comment: My three-year old granddaughter has a blast with this. She really loves the ice cream cone. It is less like sand and more like moist dirt. There is no grit like sand, and it doesn't dry out. But it is very messy; we played inside for a few minutes, then I realized my mistake and MawMaw took her outside. You lose a lot every time you play with it, and it doesn't come with very much. We had to buy more sand. It kept her occupied for awhile, and we play with it every time she comes to visit.
